Lisbon, April 11, 2018 – The Portuguese chain of women’s gyms, Vivafit, signed the Master Franchising agreement for Kuwait.

The collaboration of Portuguese Ambassador Jorge Moreira de Lemos, Consul Susana Audi and Comercial Attaché Nuno Lima Leite was crucial for the signing of this agreement. The agreement was signed on Sunday at the Portuguese embassy in Abu Dhabi and joined Vivafit CEO Pedro Ruiz, Kuwait partners AbdulRahman Bader Saeed and one of the founders of Team4.

The company Team4 is experienced in brand expansion in Kuwait, in franchising and also in financing start-ups with public funds.

Currently, Vivafit has locations open in India, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Uruguay, in addition to Portugal, for a total of 50 gyms representing 300 collaborators.

With the launch of the "Trendy" Sbarre, Burn It and Flex It modalities and the inclusion of Personal20 corners inside the Vivafit locations, Ladies Fitness Boutique Vivafit has seen a 10% increase in sales compared to the same period last year.

Vivafit National Group is the only Portuguese “Ladies Fitness Boutiques” chain of exclusively women's gyms, 30-minute gyms, gyms where women do not feel intimidated and the only Portuguese brand of gyms abroad.

DIN Industries has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on other day to bring VIVAFIT, the first international gym chain, to Pakistan. VIVAFIT, is a women-only fitness chain, already operating in Portugal, Spain, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Taiwan, Oman, UAE and Uruguay. Vivafit, the Portuguese company that franchises proximity gyms for women, says it has sealed a partnership with Ithraa Capital to get one hundred women-only clubs opened in Saudi Arabia, as the country is expected to change its regulations in favour of licenses for women’s gyms this year.(...)
