I've been a member of Vivafit in Benfica for 15 months.
2 - Which goals have you already achieved at Vivafit? 
I already lost 17.4Kgs, 21 cm in abdominal perimeter and 10,8% of body fat.

BodyVive and HIIT.
4 – What do you like the most in Vivafit?
Besides the availability, the politeness and professionalism of all the staff of Vivafit Benfica.
5 – Do you have a Personal Trainer? If so, which goals did you achieve already?
Yes, I do PT workouts in Vivafit Benfica and, besides the results I referred in the second question, at the moment I'm working with my PT to tone my arms and abs that are a bit flaccid due to weight loss. I feel much better in terms of respiratory control, better physical and emotional balance, better posture and SELF-ESTEEM.

2 - Which goals have you already achieved at Vivafit? 
I already lost 9 kilos and increased my resistance and coordination.
3 – What are your preferred classes?
Core and Body Vive.
4 – What do you like the most in Vivafit?
The liveliness!
5 – Do you have a Personal Trainer? If so, which goals did you achieve already?
Yes I do, initially I only did PT and I saw results soon. In the middle of September, because of the school hours, I started to do it once a week and started doing the other classes as well.

I already have been a member in 2008 and currently, since 21 October 2015.
2 - Which goals have you already achieved at Vivafit? 
I already lost 4.1 kg, with a decrease in body mass, loss of 10 cm in the abdominal perimeter. On the psychological side, I improved my self-esteem and managed to stop taking sleeping pills!

4 – What do you like the most in Vivafit?
My PT and all the staff . The motivation and the strength that all the staff conveys to me, make us believe that we are capable!

Yes I do, I currently have 4 sessions and a few more. I have already achieved the goals I set out with only 4 sessions. Apart from that, the nutritional part is very important because I feel that I can reach the goals without starving!

I already lost 8,5 Kgs, 18,5 cm and 3% of body fat.

The personalized coaching by the instructors.

Yes, I have noticed that I'm sleeping better and that my back is not hurting anymore. I feel very good!

ERMELINDA MATOS, 49 years (Porto)

1 – For how long have you been a member?
I've been a member of Vivafit for two months. When I visited Vivafit for the first time I was enrolled in another gym but the lack of motivation and lack of results made me look for other alternatives. I quickly realized that in Vivafit, with physical exercise associated with nutritional monitoring, my goals would be achievable.
2 - Which goals have you already achieved at Vivafit? 
I lost 10.3kg in 2 months. At an early stage I was focused on weight, however I was realizing that this alone is not indicative of an ideal body composition and I was attaching importance to other parameters. I can say that I am a healthier person because in addition to losing weight, I reduced the abdominal perimeter, fat percentage and metabolic age by 14cm (from 61 to 45 when I am actually 48 years old) and increased muscle mass ( ...) The feedback I have from the people who are closest to me is very positive. There is no one who does not notice the results.
3 – What are your preferred classes?
I really like Body Live, Classic and custom workout.
4 – What do you like the most in Vivafit?
I especially like the harmonious environment that is lived and breathed in Vivafit. There is a very close relationship between all the team and the members and it is indeed this joint work that makes the objectives are achieved. I also highlight the articulation between physical exercise and nutrition that proved to be the preponderant one for weight loss and for acquiring a more active and healthy lifestyle.
5 – Do you have Personal Trainer? If so, which goals did you achieve already?
Yes. I joined the PT about a month ago and could not be happier with this service. It's a training focused on me and my goals. My PT will certainly help me to keep what has been achieved so far and to set new goals.
